Suffolk Mental Health Support

PACT offer non-clinical peer-led support and resources for parents and carers. Their vision is to reach parents and carers across Suffolk who are caring for a child or young person with mental health issues.

They offer support (face to face meetups, online, and their outreach 1:1 service), training (including Youth Mental Health First Aid and parent guided CBT) and tools/resources to help both with parent and carers wellbeing and via them, their child or young person too.

Lift Loud for Danny are a mental health charity based in Lowestoft. They offer wellbeing drop ins for those experiencing mental health difficulties on Mondays between 10:20AM - 12:30PM.

They also provide valuable information and support for SEND issues for parents and carers in Suffolk. Currently, they hold SEND support drop ins on the 1st (Face to Face) and 3rd (Online) Tuesday of every month 10-12pm. There time is limited for meetings, so please get in touch if you would like support.
