The DfE are revisiting Suffolk on the 19th July 2022. SPCF have created a survey where we would like to ask some of the same questions that were used in our Annual Survey as to provide a statistical comparison. We have added some additional questions allowing parent carers to expand on their feedback.

Unfortunately we will need to ask you to complete the form separately for each child (if their experiences are different), apologies for any inconvenience caused.
